Roof repairs
Most roof problems start small: a slipped slate, a cracked tile, a worn flashing around the chimney. Caught early they are quick and inexpensive to put right. Left alone they let water into the timbers and the plaster below.
We diagnose the actual fault rather than patching the symptom, explain what we found in plain English, and fix it properly. If a repair will not hold, we will tell you straight and quote for the right job instead.

New roofs
When a roof reaches the end of its life, a full re-roof is the honest answer. We strip back to the timbers, replace anything that has rotted, then re-felt, re-batten and re-cover in slate or tile to match your street.
A typical semi takes around a week. We keep the site tidy, protect your garden and drives, and cart every scrap of the old roof away. The finished job carries our 10 year workmanship guarantee in writing.

Flat roofing
Garages, extensions, dormers and bays all rely on flat roofs that too often were built down to a price. We install EPDM rubber and high performance felt systems with proper falls, so water runs off instead of ponding.
EPDM is our usual recommendation: one seamless sheet, no joints to fail, and a life expectancy measured in decades rather than years.

Guttering and fascias
Blocked or leaking gutters quietly wreck brickwork, render and foundations. We clear, repair and replace gutters and downpipes, and fit uPVC fascias and soffits while the scaffold is up.
Every roofline job is checked with a level, not by eye, so water actually goes where it should: down the pipe.

Emergency callout
Storms do not wait for office hours. If your roof is letting in water or tiles are coming loose over a footpath, call us. We prioritise making the roof safe and dry, then give you a written quote for the permanent repair.
Sundays are kept free for emergencies only, so someone will always pick up.
